We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Qualifier to join our growing team.
This role is key to our sales process. You will be the first point of contact with our incoming leads, responsible for understanding their needs, assessing their profile, and determining whether they are a good fit for our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new leads via phone in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct initial qualification calls to understand client needs, goals, and expectations
- Evaluate whether the lead matches our ideal customer profile
- Accurately record and update information in the CRM system
- Schedule qualified prospects for follow-up calls with the sales team
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image in every interaction
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident on the phone and comfortable leading conversations
- Ability to quickly assess client profiles and make decisions
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus
