We automatize our own processes constantly and will offer such services to our large client base, too. Our team members shall therefore be able to understand processes, improve them, automatize them and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Process improvements and automation using workflow automation tools, AI and Cloud SAAS apps. Both for our group and for customers.
  • Testing and ensuring that every tool fulfils the purpose.
  • Automatizing processes for customers: installation of systems to increase the performance and reduce the costs of customers between their companies and at the interface for bookkeeping.
  • Assistance at the further development of our group internal software.
  • Organizing freelancers on platforms: to continuously create special or new solutions and to multiply repetitive activities cost-effectively.
  • Collaboration: work closely with internal teams to align efforts with regulatory requirements and company goals and ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• • Educational Background: BA or higher in IT or business, know how in IT. Graduate students who look for a 20 hour job are welcome.
  • Skills: proficiency in computer and AI apps.
  • Communication: good English skills, not only in writing but also the ability to talk on the phone and be understood. Maltese is not required, and expatriate candidates are welcome.
  • Attitude: customer- oriented, and well-organized, with a professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility: in IT there is sometime unforeseen and urgent demand. Therefore, members of our IT team must be flexible and jump in if required.
